Attached is a new USB driver for the Handy Andy machine. 


Please try the following.

  1. Un-Plug the USB cable to the machine.
  2. Run the attached USB driver
  3. Re-Attach the USB cable to the machine
  4. Navigate to the Device Manager and check the COM port that windows assigned to the Handy Andy
  5. Then Re-Launch the Handy Andy software and be sure your COM port matches under the preferences menu.


If your still having issues connecting I recommend Uninstalling the HA software then Re-Installing it as an Admin. After that completes repeat the steps listed above including running the 1.2.3 driver then connecting the machine.
