what to expect when placing order through CMT online store

1. Select the product
2. Product selection may require character selection, or for custom hand stamps a reference number for artwork.
3. Verify quantity needed
4. Add to cart
5. Once all items required have been added to the cart, then it is time to go through the checkout process
6. Input the shipping country and zip code
7. Select the shipping method
8. Select the payment type
9. Enter the complete shipping address
10. Enter the complete billing address if different
11. Enter the payment options
12. Confirm order
13. Once order has been submitted, an email notice is immediately generated from the online. This will also provide a receipt of payment.
14. The Factory will review the order and provide a formal acknowledgment with the expected shipping date within 2 business days.
15. Invoice with tracking information is provided on the day of shipment.
16. Package arrives.
